Studio Timeout Functionalities Are Degraded Potentially Causing Stuck Executions

This incident has been resolved.

We are investigating a small number of Send & Wait for Reply widgets in studio are failing to take the no reply transition, also a small number of add Twiml redirect widgets in studio are failing to take the timeout transition.. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available

Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with Studio Timers failing to schedule causing workflow failure. Our engineers have been alerted and are investigating. We will provide an update when we have more details.
