We are experiencing an issue with a small number of payments. Some sellers in Australia and the United Kingdom are experiencing declined transactions when buyers attempt to pay with US-issued Visa cards via card-not-present methods (online or manually keyed transactions). As a workaround, sellers can advise buyers to try another card, tap or dip a physical card, or use a mobile wallet.
