Our engineers have identified a fix for the issue affecting our customers’ ability, and our systems’ ability, to process payments. Customers may continue to experience notifications about their payments not being processed while we work to implement the fix.
We have also identified that customers using Email Validation may receive 403 errors until their account is activated.
This does not impact mail send.
