Starting at approximately 8:34 AM PST on January 23, our engineers began investigating an issue causing delays in engagement tracking events and Event Webhook deliveries. Some customers may experience increased latency in receiving these events. Email sending is not impacted at this time. We will provide another update within two hours, or sooner as additional information becomes available.
