WAF Challenge requests incorrectly forwarded to origin

This incident has been resolved.

Cloudflare is investigating an issue where origins may receive challenge solve requests instead of the original challenged request. This issue affects customers using WAF Challenge actions globally. We are actively working to resolve this issue and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
