Custom status not expiring

The issue self-resolved when the next scheduled expiration job successfully processed the affected users.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Scope</strong>: Some external users globally were affected. <p>We're aware of an issue affecting Slack. Some users who have set a custom status to expire at a specific time are finding that their status is not automatically clearing as expected. We're actively investigating and we'll provide an update as soon as we have more information available.</p>
