Degraded experience with ChatGPT app connections using CIMD

This incident has been resolved.

All impacted services have now fully recovered.

Some ChatGPT app connections experienced failures when connecting a new app or refreshing an existing connection. The affected authentication metadata endpoint is available again, and we are monitoring recovery.

We have applied the mitigation and are monitoring the recovery.

We are investigating the issue for the listed services.
