RCS inbound message delivery failures for iOS devices

Our third party vendors have implemented a fix and we are seeing recovery in RCS messages. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

We have identified an issue involving inbound RCS message delivery failures affecting iOS devices in conversation threads older than a few minutes. Customers may experience messages failing to arrive until an outbound message is sent first. We have escalated this issue to our vendor. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
