Issues with ChatGPT Windows desktop app

This incident has been resolved.

We are investigating an issue affecting some users of the ChatGPT Windows desktop app on Windows. Affected users may see chat history or conversations fail to load, missing sidebar icons, or login/sign-up controls that do not respond. ChatGPT on web and mobile remains available as a workaround. We will share updates as we learn more.
